Terms of use

By using heavenmart7.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Prices, deals and the menu

Prices, deals, fuel prices and menu items shown on this site are provided for convenience. They can change without notice and may differ from what's in the store. Deals are while supplies last, and the price at the register or pump is the price you pay. Calorie information is provided by the restaurant brands; 2,000 calories a day is used for general nutrition advice, but calorie needs vary.

Rewards

Rewards and free-item offers are subject to the program's rules and may change or end at any time. Ask at the counter for current details.

Brands

Heaven Mart is an independently operated retailer. We sell Shell-branded fuel, but this website is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Shell. Wingman Pizza and Cooper's Express are trademarks of their respective owners; each Cooper's Express location is independently owned and operated.

Forms, job applications and product requests

Sending a message, job application or product request doesn't create an obligation for either side. We'll do our best to reply, but submitting an application doesn't guarantee an interview or a job, and a product request doesn't guarantee we'll stock the item.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by sending spam, trying to break in, or interfering with how it works. Content on this site, including text, artwork and design, belongs to Heaven Mart or is used with permission.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites, such as maps or social media, are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content.

No warranty

We work to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Heaven Mart isn't liable for losses that come from using the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Questions? Call the store at (830) 800-3199.
